Collection and Use of Personal Information

No MSYapps product collects, stores, transmits, or uses any of your personal information. Some products allow you to share raw or computed data from an app with others using Apple apps such as Mail or via other communication protocols, but we do not collect or track such communications or activity.

Location-Based Services

To provide location-based services on some MSYapps products, the real-time geographic location of your Apple mobile device will be gathered and used for mapping and computations within a product. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth and your IP Address along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location. These location data are collected anonymously without identification of you personally.

Third-Party Sites and Services

Most MSYapps products have links to third-party websites such as Facebook or Twitter that may be accessed by you. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy policies and practices and we encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

Additionally, some MSYapps products may make read-only queries from either the MSYapps website or third-party websites for the purpose of updating data required for the functioning of the product. These queries will take place in the background when the app is in use and your device is connected to the Internet. The data gathered from these queries will update identically formatted data within the app and store the update within the app. These data are not shared with any other non-MSYapps productP that might reside on your device or provided to any external third-party website.
