Compare 2 Mortgages

This iPad app allows you to compare the principal reduction, interest payments, and annual percentage rate (APR) differences between two mortgage options. Two types of mortgages can be analyzed: a fully-amortizing, fixed rate mortgage or an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM).
